Bulk Beef

How does bulk ordering from the farm work?

You place an order for a quarter, a half, or a whole animal. When the beef is ready, it's taken to the butcher for processing. The butcher will contact you directly to discuss custom cuts and total cost. Payment to the growner is required prior to pick-up. Alternately, you may leave a check with the butcher upon pick-up. We communicate throughout the process, keeping you informed. We will happily answer any quetions you have.

Quality

Our beef steers and heifers are typically Angus breeds. They have a good life, grazing on green pastures. For the best marbling, taste, and quality we grass feed and then finish with locally produced grain. USDA approved.

What is the cost?

Our price is *$4.25 per pound (**hang weight). Our beef average 750lbs.
Example: 1/4 Beef Purchase (Divide hang weight, 750, by quarters,4, and multiply by price per pound, $4.25.) Total cost $796.87 *Price includes butcher expenses. **Hang weight: Cow carcass after initial slaughter and processing after hide, head and some organs have been removed.
